Actually I think http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/Main_Page has some good examples. If you notice, they have everything just laid out on the front page instead of having really any categories on the side at all. (I added this in after posting everything below so it doesn't really relate)

Definitely needs tweaking, and I replaced Atlas with Deadspell Storm as I think it's kind of wierd to have both. In this world the Deadspell Storm is our Atlas...

• Deadspell Storm
  • Shardrealm (i.e. Ringfell)
    • Zone/Area/Region (i.e. Wastelands in Ringfell)
      • City (i.e. Quarterstone)
      • Town

• Guidebook
  • Quests
    • Unlogged Quests (Whether it be really small or one of the good hidden quests, just ones that aren't in your log.)
    • Event/Special (Like holiday events if they have them, they might not)
    • Present
    • Ancestral
  • Crafting (There's crafting? Alright sure)
  • Guides (Um like how to make money or do the special trick... I'm sure this can be expanded after release of game)

• Game Mechanics
  • Combat (How to set up a skill bar. I realize this might melt into PVP and PVE)
  • PVP (Like how a PVP arena may work)
  • PVE (Like how you go around killing stuff from town to town)
  • Calculations (like damage reduction on armor or DOT [Damage over time] skills per second, that type of thing)

• Players
  • Guilds
  • Builds
    • Team (full or just a combo of 2 that may go good together)
    • Solo (or maybe just one person or simply a good set of skills that go well together)

Is it possible to have all NPCs listed like I have below and then be able to sort them by Name, Species, Alinment, Area, Quest, Etc...?

• NPCs (Monsters/characters will all have this basic outline in their page where you can fill in species, etc...)
  • Name
  • Species
  • Speech (What they say when you speak with them or what kinds of grunting noises perhaps.)
  • Alinment (good, bad, neutral, high house of ornate pottery, etc...)
  • Area (Where it can be found)
  • Quest (Involved in a quest, meaning you start, talk to this person within, or kill this NPC in a quest and how its involved, or maybe it isn't at all)
  • Vendors
  • Strength and Skills
  • Description (Example: Atomic supermen with octagonal-shaped bodies that suck blood out of...)
