Speyrfolk - first mentioned in the third Dev chat:

One of the quest arcs explores the dark truths behind both the curse and why the families are such bitter blood rivals. They also have a fantastic look, so I think Ringfell will be a very popular destination. - Response given in dev chat #3
There also seems to be a deeply hidden mystery surrounding the Speyrfolk; it is hinted that the secrets hidden may have been instrumental in the destruction of the Ancestor World, and to find out more, speaking to Flygell Dwarsard near the Cairnkegg Docks would be a good idea.
