A beggar who is a former soldier from outside of Quarterstone. He lost his legs during Tlykarxu's Tyranny when the Tyrant sacked Ringfell and Mount-of-Heroes. He came to Quarterstone to try and survive; seeing as how handicapped veterans had practically no chance of survival anywhere else and he did not want to live among the Ousted. He's been a beggar for several years now.
