An Enclave Delegate. He is young, but a fierce intellect burns behind his eyes. He is athletically built and wears the official livery of the Enclave Delegates: a black robe with the symbol of Quarterstone embroidered upon the chest in gold thread. A club and a dagger are tucked away in his belt. He carries a backpack from which several scrolls jut upward above his shoulders. The hood of his robe is drawn down over his head, but not so far that it obscures his face.
