Hoppy

Hoppies are tiny and cute creatures. They are apparently dwelling in Shards' forests, often found in large groups, which leads the scientifics to think they're quite a social species.

They are very likely to be vegetarian rodents, according to the sparse footage available.

Naught much more is known about their habits as of now, for instance we are not sure whether they're aggressive toward other beings or not, if threatened, or if they tend to flee from trouble, hopping their way off.

Their ears are long, forked and yellow. Yellow is also their body... well, part of it actually.

The other half happens to be blue, while these colours are not always placed in the same fashion on their sides.

A thick brown crest (made of what seems fur) is located along their spine, with perpendicular brown stripes issuing from it and running down their flanks.

A lucky photographer has been able to shoot a picture crowded with several specimens. It can be seen on the 10th issue of the newsletter.

Some people tend to label these as the "spellbornian bunnies", but hey, it's only a saying.

Apparently doing the designing of the Hoppies, the developers divided into two opposing groups, weither or not the world of Spellborn, should have cute animals. After many discussions, a compromise was made, that Hoppies, should be the creature with the most death animations in the game.
