Hood's Belfrey

A little Shardrealm, the very one to which Evhiel Muaun was banished to after being convicted of heresy. Hood's Belfrey is only reachable every few years, since it lies so perilously close to the edge of the Enclave. Most of the time it is hidden in the Deadspell Storm. Linger too long there and you will be trapped and surely die of starvation. It used to be one of the Enclave's prison colonies, before they abandoned it because sending people there was actually a death sentence. The House elders ultimately thought it too harsh a punishment.
