The Champion Master is in overall charge of the Quarterstone Guard. Prior to the appointment of the current Champion Master, Merced Armadin, the Rune hero Qeirias Noll was in this postition of power. Qeirias Noll himself was preceeded by the Tyrant Tlykarxu.
